In these coaching calls, 4 to 5 people will have a 1-to-1 coaching session with Eric to work through their most pressing challenge. While Eric is coaching, other families will listen, often getting new insights about their situation and how they can move forward as well.
We will also have conversation in a large group format if time permits. In the large group discussion, we will discuss the relevant topics brought forward by families.
